On the afternoon of 20th April, at the Lecture Hall, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Primary Division held the fairy tale narration activities in terms of ‘New Edition of Hans Christian Andersen’s Fairy Tales’ in junior grade in addition to ‘My Favorite Popular Science Book’ in middle grade. Thanks to the elaborate arrangements of both the teachers and the students, we not only reappeared vivid& impressive fairy tales such as ‘The Little Match Girl’, ‘The Emperor’s New Clothes’, ‘Ugly Duckling’ as well as ‘Fox& Wolf’, but also threw off vitality of these classics, arousing children’s reading interest in the new era.
Additionally, during the session of narrating favorite popular science book program, children’s samples, for instance, ‘Exploring Secrets in Animal Kingdom’, ‘Insect Records’, ‘20,000 Leagues Under the Sea,’ all mentioned above contained common sense of encyclopedia in nature.
More noticeably, owing to students’ meticulous unscramble, this grand event enriched extra-curricular knowledge of audiences, enabling them to feel the infinite delight from probing into nature’s profound mysteries.
